About My Breathwork Journey

A little bit about me

I’m a breathwork facilitator, and I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can step out of their heads, into their bodies, and experience what the breath can open up.

But I’ve never taken the straight path to get here.

I studied fashion and once imagined myself building a career in the industry. Leaving that behind was difficult to accept, and even now there are moments where I think, “What am I doing? Should I get a ‘real job’?”

But the more I follow my own path, the more I realise I’ve never really been built for a straight line.

I love change. New places. New environments. New experiences. Following curiosity and seeing where it takes me. Exploring my Gene Keys has given me another perspective on this part of myself — and a reminder that perhaps the unfolding is the point.

Alongside building my work as a breathwork facilitator, I’ve worked as a support worker and in an independent organic, plant-based store. Money comes and goes, but I continue to invest in what matters to me: learning, travelling, training and developing my practice.

My journey with breathwork began when I travelled South America in 2022

That first experience opened a door.

I travelled to Mexico to train with breath love breathe, completed the CPCAB Level 3 Breathwork Coaching qualification, studied Level 2 and Level 3 Counselling Skills, and trained in Yin Yoga in India.

Then, more recently, I found myself in the foothills of the Himalayas, spending 30 days completing a 300-hour Breathwork Teacher Training with Evolution of the Breath.

It was intense, challenging, beautiful and one of the biggest chapters of my journey so far.

Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to facilitate at festivals, hold workshops in different countries and a variety of spaces, and support communities through breathwork, embodiment and connection.

Every experience has shaped the way I facilitate today.

My work is rooted in conscious connected breathwork, embodiment and the understanding that the body has its own language. I’m interested in the relationship between breath, the nervous system, emotion, energy and the deeper layers of our experience.

I don’t believe breathwork is about fixing yourself or becoming someone different.

It’s about creating the space to meet yourself more honestly and come back to yourself.

To breathe.
To feel.
To release.
To reconnect.

I’m excited for what’s unfolding. I am holding workshops and ceremonies, collaborating with other practitioners and creatives, travelling, learning and continuing to create spaces where people can explore themselves through the breath.

The path hasn’t been straight.

But it has brought me here.

And I feel very clear about the work I’m here to do.

I believe that every breath holds the key to better health and deeper connection. Our approach focuses on Whether you're new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, we're here to support you every step of the way.
